No over exaggeration, this was the BEST lamb gyro platter I’ve ever had. And I’ve been to Greece. The meat is fresh and hot, perfect portions, fantastic price, you can tell it is a family business which I love. I’m only in town for work, but if I’m ever back I would come here again without question!

Our friend reccomended this place after a concert and it seriously hit the spot! The prices are reasonable for the quality and amount of food you get. I got the chicken scharwma which was just so delicious, the pita was soft, the vegetables were fresh, the sauce was so good! Loved it!

To be honest, as a local I've never eaten Sultan's as long as I've lived in the city. Because of tradition, nostalgia, and favoritism, I've always exclusively went to Aladdin. Aladdin's food is good, but there's always room for improvement? Due to popularity and high demand, I fell their food has started to become mundane. The brothers at that establishment have great energy and always try their best to uphold an top tier level of customer service, but due to the high influx of traffic, and what I like to call "Tourism", I feel they sometimes pump out orders too fast. Trying to beat the rush, what is usually delivered in flavor + presentation becomes compromised at times. By no means am I implying that Sultan's never gets busy... I'm sure they do... This is just my observation... Now to get to the good stuff! Number 1: That Chicken shawarma is TOP TIER! NEXT LEVEL! Not only is it pressed quite beautifully, then finished like a fresh Panini, that crust and finish elevates the dish quite nicely. Providing you with texture as well as flavor. Number 2: the chicken is cut beautiful into pieces that fit inside your mouth quite wonderfully. Not too big, not too small. (That what she said ) It's also flavored quite heavenly. The perfect spice, crisp from the flattop, and juiciness is quite intact. The consistency of the meat pairs quite well with the outside shell. Then there's that "CRACK SAUCE"!!! THAT FLAVOR IS UNMATCHED! garlicky, herbaceous, and so packed full of umami. Plus it's cool and refreshing which cleanses the palette. This was the real golden ticket! I can't explain what the exact flavors are I'm tasting, but that sauce taste so good, you could drink it out of an old flip flop and get the same consistency and flavor. This flavor combination, with the texture they create on the outside of the wrap is what makes it taste soooo good. Combine that with high quality meat, and a passion for cooking and you've got a masterpiece. Bismillah ... Pickles, garlic, spice, perfect poultry, plus more pickles on the side. A heaping amount of that garlic sauce, and an olive to refresh the palette ... 10 for 10!!! YALLAH!!!... HOLD ON, IT GETS BETTER! One thing I've always disliked about there respective competitor is how soggy their fries are ... As an American, this is unacceptable ... You can't pair such an elevated sandwich with soggy fries. "The math ain't mathing" ... However SULTAN'S Fries were the crispiest fries I've ever had from a gyro spot. And they were perfectly seasoned. This absolutely took the dish to the next level! That contrast of sweet, spicy, vinegary, heat, crunchy, crispy, and the cooling sensation you get from the sauce set my palette a blaze ! (Long Love Rengoku San lol ) Sultan's hands down wins the Shawarma battle. The score is now one to one. Thank you Sultan's for providing the service you do for the community. We are very appreciative and hope to see you thriving, and continuing to do business in this neighborhood. Shukran Habibi, this was a great dinner to end my night after a long 12 hour shift. Something quick, delicious , and not to heavy. SULTAN'S FOR THE WIN !

First, the sandwich. The outside pita bread was really well toasted, and had serious weight to it - it was pretty dense. I found that this added a really great outer layer to each bite of the Gyro wrap The lamb and beef were quite plentiful - even to the point where they would often spill out of the sandwich. The portion size was pretty impressive I also really liked the way these tasted - they were quite flavorful - and not overcooked at all - rather quite juicy when you bit into them The vegetables were also good - what I would say is a bit more diversity in vegetables (eg: adding black olives, mushrooms, etc..) as this mostly just consisted of lettuce and a few onions thrown in. Also probably less vegetables in general would be better I loved the white sauce in this - it mixed so well with everything else - coating the pita, vegetables, and especially the lamb and beef in a beautiful outer layer This is what really elevated the sandwich as a whole Additionally, for the relatively low price point, this sandwich was actually pretty large - something that was impressive I do wish the wrap stayed together a bit more, however - as stuff was constantly falling out and I would have to put it back in. This is where the increased amount of lettuce didn't help the experience Now, let's get to the real star of this order - the Greek Fries There are words to describe these - but I'm not sure I have the vocabulary All I can say is that I haven't had Greek Fries even close to this before - as a matter of fact - I haven't had any french fries even close to this before A lot of people think Greek Fries are about the feta cheese you put on there. What Sultan's understands is that yes, the feta cheese is really important, which is why they have a ton of it on there However, what they also understand is the real key is the Tzatziki sauce - and the amount of it What good is Greek Fries if the cheese just falls through the fries? Or, what good is it if the sauce and cheese are just applied to the top layer of fries and all the remaining ones near the bottom remain dry? What truly makes these fries all-time is the amount of the sauce they use - what this does it a) allows the sauce to take over the entire box of fries and b) allows the cheese to really stick to the fries The amount of this sauce + cheese combination used means that even though at the start it's only applied to the fries at the top, while eating it flows down and fuses itself with all the fries at the bottom as well When I say coat the fries, that's an understatement. Each individual fry is absolutely smothered in this mixture - which is truly what makes these so incredibly good When I want Greek Fries, I don't want my fries to feel like they're dipped in the sauce. I want my fries to feel like they are the sauce - so the majority of the flavor comes from the sauce itself and not the fries. The fries should simply exist as a backbone - something to give texture. It should play a similar function to what the pita does in the Gyro Nowhere is that more present than in these fries - where each fry is practically drowning in the Tzatziki sauce + feta cheese combination You know there's a lot of sauce when after every fry, I have to lick my fingers clean of the sauce - and this still tasted amazing I don't know if I need to even mention this, but for the price point, these are also incredible as well Overall: A pretty-good wrap with all time fries delivers excellent results Classic Lamb & Beef Gyro: 8.15/10 Greek Fries: 10/10 Overall: 9.25/10

I wish I had discovered this Shawarma spot long ago! This is easily one of the best Shawarmas I’ve had. I tried both the Arabic Shawarma and the regular chicken Shawarma, and they were both great—but the Arabic Shawarma is incredibly close to the authentic taste. The Saj bread takes it to another level! Maybe the Arabic Shawarma without onions would make it absolutely perfect, but overall, it’s amazing. I visit all the way from Everett just for this, and it’s totally worth it. A must-try spot, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends!

Too good! The Arabic Shawarma is fire and literally the best I've ever had. No other place can compare after trying it. Sultan is consistently tasty. It can get busy and as a result, the wait time can be a 15-20 minutes sometimes, but it's so worth it.

I got the 19 shawarma and it was packed with flavors. Taste was on point and it’s affordable. But I found two strands of hair on my first bite which I should’ve seen coming since the place isn’t exactly clean.
